Over time, everyday wear can lead to a buildup of oils, lotions, and debris, while fine scratches can gradually affect the appearance of precious metals. Routine inspections can also help identify concerns such as worn prongs, weakened settings, and loose stones before they become more significant issues.

For jewellery worn regularly, we recommend professional cleaning and inspection every six months to one year.

Complimentary Basic Cleaning

Our complimentary basic cleaning service includes:

• Ultrasonic cleaning
• Steam cleaning to remove dirt and residue
• Drying

This service does not include tightening loose stones, refinishing, or polishing.

Jewellery Spa

For pieces requiring more comprehensive care, our Jewellery Spa service includes:

• Inspection and tightening of stones as required
• Reshaping and rounding of the ring when required
• Removal of surface scratches
• Professional refinishing and polishing to restore the appearance of your jewellery
• Added assurance against stone loss related to loose settings addressed during the service*

*Service eligibility and guarantees are subject to the condition, construction, and assessment of the jewellery. Certain pieces, gemstones, finishes, or settings may require specialized care or may not be suitable for ultrasonic cleaning, polishing, or other services. Additional repair fees may apply if further work is recommended.
