La Mine d'Or includes a two-year manufacturer's warranty for each piece of jewellery sold under conditions of normal wear and tear. This time period starts from the date of pick-up from our store or the delivery date for online purchases. If a problem should arise during this two-year time period, we kindly ask you to bring in the jewellery item, along with the bill of sale, for our inspection. La Mine d'Or reserves the right to determine whether the condition of the jewellery piece falls under our warranty guidelines.

La Mine d'Or orders can only be shipped within Canada and majority of USA. All orders within Canada is delivered the next business day thru FedEx or Purolator. A signature will be required. If no one is at the address, couriers may reattempt the delivery. 

At La Mine d'Or we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be able to return your items for a refund or in-store credit or exchange the item. You can return any La Mine d'Or purchase within 30 days and 45 days for an exchange. Discounted products are a final sale only.
