About Montblanc
All Montblanc products purchased from La Mine d’Or are covered by Montblanc’s two-year International Guarantee from the date of purchase. The guarantee covers defects in materials and manufacturing and includes complimentary repair or replacement of the defective product or component. Warranty service requires the original guarantee certificate, dated, completed, stamped and signed by an authorized Montblanc retailer.
The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, routine maintenance, loss, theft, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations or repairs, non-approved components, or products with altered or illegible serial numbers. Battery cells, leather straps, rubber straps and metal bracelets are also excluded. Warranty service must be completed by an authorized Montblanc retailer or service centre, and applicable shipping, insurance and packaging costs may be charged to the customer.
