All Tissot watches purchased from La Mine d’Or are covered by Tissot’s international 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. Lightmaster Solar Technology and COSC-certified models are covered for 36 months. A valid warranty certificate, dated, completed and stamped by an official Tissot retailer, is required for warranty service.

The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects and includes free repair or, when repair is not possible, replacement with a watch of identical or similar specifications. It does not cover battery life, normal wear and ageing, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, failure to follow care instructions, or work performed by an unauthorized person. Approved warranty claims may also include applicable shipping costs. Warranty service must be completed by an official Tissot retailer or authorized Tissot Service Centre.
