About Longines

All Longines watches purchased from La Mine d’Or are covered by Longines’ international warranty from the date of purchase. Mechanical watches are covered for five years, while all other watches, straps and bracelets are covered for 24 months. The warranty applies to material and manufacturing defects and requires a valid warranty certificate dated and completed by an official Longines retailer.

The warranty includes complimentary repair or, when repair is not possible, replacement with an identical or comparable watch. It does not cover battery life, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, failure to follow care instructions, or work performed by an unauthorized person. Service completed by an authorized Longines service provider is covered by a separate 24-month service warranty. Approved warranty claims may also include applicable shipping costs.
