All Baume & Mercier watches purchased from La Mine d’Or are covered by a 24-month international warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing and requires a valid warranty card completed or electronically activated by an authorized Baume & Mercier retailer. Eligible Clifton and Riviera watches equipped with a Baumatic movement may receive an additional six-year warranty extension when registered within 60 days of purchase.

The warranty includes complimentary repair or replacement of defective components but does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, theft, routine maintenance, unauthorized repairs or watches with altered or illegible serial numbers. Warranty service must be completed by an authorized Baume & Mercier retailer or service centre. Applicable shipping, insurance and packaging costs may be charged to the customer.
