All Pomellato jewellery purchased from La Mine d’Or is covered by Pomellato’s official two-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, failure to follow care instructions, or work completed by an unauthorized workshop. Natural variations in gemstones, including differences in colour, inclusions and finishing, are unique characteristics and are not considered defects.

In addition to the Pomellato warranty, products may be protected by applicable statutory warranties relating to non-conformity and hidden defects. Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Approved warranty claims may also include applicable return and delivery costs.
