About La Mine d'Or
Qualifying La Mine d’Or engagement rings, diamond rings and solitaire diamond jewellery are protected by our Forever Guarantee. Servicing required within the first two years of purchase is completed free of charge. To keep the guarantee valid, jewellery must be brought to La Mine d’Or every six months for inspection and complimentary cleaning, and any recommended repairs must be completed promptly.
All other jewellery and products not covered by the Forever Guarantee or a separate manufacturer’s warranty are protected by a two-year La Mine d’Or store guarantee from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, subject to inspection and approval by La Mine d’Or. Proof of purchase is required.
These guarantees do not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, loss, theft, routine maintenance, or alterations and repairs performed by another jeweller. Diamonds under 0.05 carat in the original mounting are covered against loss when required inspections remain current, and annual polishing and rhodium plating are included for qualifying pieces. Eligible items may be repaired or replaced at La Mine d’Or’s discretion, and applicable repair and shipping costs will be confirmed before service proceeds.
