All William Henry products purchased from La Mine d’Or, including jewellery and knives, are covered by William Henry’s limited lifetime warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used and cared for appropriately. At its discretion, William Henry may repair, replace or substitute an eligible item.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, unsuitable storage, accidental damage or neglect. Products requiring service will be assessed before work begins, and any repair or applicable shipping costs not covered by the warranty will be confirmed in advance. William Henry also offers professional knife sharpening services, subject to applicable service and return shipping fees.
